HDX Hatchery Dosing Timer Controller

The HDX Hatchery Dosing System is a pump control platform designed for automated chemical dosing in egg incubation applications within food processing environments. The system combines our 2.5-inch color touchscreen control timer, used with SLX Entryway Foams, with a peristaltic metering pump to deliver accurate, repeatable chemical dispensing cycles that support hatchery incubation protocols.

This controller can be used with up to 16 PBX Hatchery Dosing Pump systems (sold separately).

What's in the box?

• Timed controller with color HMI and built-in reporting
• Power cable (120VAC)
• M12 cable connection for pumps (pump sold separately)

Install

1. Mount the controller to a suitable surface (i.e. wall or mounting board)
2. Connect M12 cables to pump
3. Set timer settings for dispense frequency (on time and off time)
4. Set pump settings for dispense amount
5. Press Start to engage the timer and pump
6. Start dosing!
