HDX Hatchery Dosing PBX Pump Kit

The HDX Hatchery Dosing System is a pump control platform designed for automated chemical dosing in egg incubation applications within food processing environments. The system combines our 5-inch color touchscreen control timer, used with SLX Entryway Foams, with a peristaltic metering pump to deliver accurate, repeatable chemical dispensing cycles that support hatchery sanitation protocols.

The HDX-PBX Pump connects to our HDX Hatchery Dosing Controller (sold separately) to automatically dispense a precise amount of solution at programmed times for consistent, reliable dosing. Each PBX pump includes a Stenner Perastaltic Pump (16GPD) housed in a PBX-25 pump box with an electrical junction box for connecting to controllers. Up to 16 pumps can be connected to a single controller.

Install

1. Mount the PBX box to a suitable surface (i.e. wall, shelf, mounting board, or PBX Rail)
2. Connect M12 cable from the Pump Junction Box to the Controller
3. Set timer settings for dispense frequency (on time and off time)
4. Set pump settings for dispense amount
5. Press Start to engage the timer and pump
6. Start dosing!
