SLX-VF Venturi Foamer Single Station Assembly (Polypropylene)
The ultimate solution for large scale, industrial cleaning to quickly and effectively foam equipment, rooms, and other processing areas. This low to medium volume decentralized cleaning system works with city water pressure to dilute chemistry and spray sanitizer at a range of flow rates to get you the best cleaning coverage. The unit features a split body design to make servicing a maintenance a breeze. Just unclamp the two sections using the stainless-steel flange clamp to separate the upper and lower halves to gain access to the venturi insert cartridge. Multiple inserts are available at various flow rates to ensure system specifications meet the needs of your cleaning requirements.

- 6' suction line with mesh screen and ceramic weight
- 50' blue discharge hose (dependent on flow rate, optional red color available)
- Polypropylene foaming wand
- Optional stainless-steel upgrade available
Install
- Mount sanitizer to suitable surface using included bracket (i.e. wall or mounting board)
- Connect the hose and wand assembly (included) to the dispense/discharge port at the bottom of the unit
- Connect water supply to top of unit
- Install metering tip
- Install chemical suction line (included)
- Verify pressure setting for optimal flow rate
- Open ball valves
- Start sanitizing!
