SLX-VMXC Venturi High Concentrate Mixing Single Station (Polypropylene)

The SLX-VMXC is a high-concentrate chemical mixing station, ideal for filling containers with concentrated cleaning solutions. With flow rates ranging from 1 to 8 GPM, these units are the perfect solution for filling a variety of different size containers with up to 0.8:1 diluted cleaning solutions.

This high-concentrate decentralized mixing station works with city water pressure to dilute chemistry at lower flow rates to allow for higher dilution ratios.

What's in the box?

• Station with polypropylene body
• PVC venturi insert (dependent on flow rate)
• Stainless steel mounting bracket and lockable cover
• High-flow metering plugs for 3:1, 2:1, and 1:1 dilution ratios
• 1/2” braided hose with domed mesh strainer
• 10’ blue discharge hose

Install

1. Mount station to suitable surface using included bracket
2. Connect the hose (included) to the discharge port at the bottom of the unit
3. Connect water supply to top of unit (1/2" NPT)
4. Install metering plug for required dilution ratio
5. Install chemical suction line (included)
6. Open ball valve
7. Start mixing!
