SLX-BP-VF Boosted Pressure Venturi Foamer, Single Station Assembly

The SLX-BP-VF Venturi Foamer is a medium volume foam applicator for applying foamed chemical cleaning solutions to a variety of surfaces and/or equipment. The body construction is made of stainless steel with a built-in venturi injector that uses boosted water pressure (125 - 350 PSI) to extract and dilute chemical concentrate into the water stream to create an accurately mixed solution. Compressed air in introduced further down the fluid path of the applicator body to create a thick, rich, clinging foam. Foam is controlled and dispensed via a ball valve operated wand with stainless steel nozzle.

What's in the box?

• Venturi Foamer with stainless body and PVC insert (insert size varies depending on flow rate)
• Stainless steel mounting bracket and cover
• Color coded metering tips (set of 22 metering tips, including driver)
• 6 ft. suction line with mesh screen and ceramic weight
• 50 ft. blue discharge hose 
• 10 in. Polypropylene foaming wand with stainless steel spray nozzle

Install

1. Mount foamer to suitable surface using included bracket (i.e. wall or mounting board)
2. Connect the hose and wand assembly (included) to the dispense/discharge port at the bottom of the unit
3. Connect water and air supply to top of unit
4. Install metering tip
5. Install chemical suction line (included)
6. Verify pressure setting for optimal flow rate
7. Open ball valves
8. Start foaming!

*Flow rate and CFM will vary depending on insert size.
**Air pressure recommended 40PSI, adjust for foam quality.
